黄开胜，曾担任清华大学汽车工程系党委副书记、副主任，校党委研究生工作部副部长、组织部副部长、中国高等教育学会实验室管理分会副理事长，教育部实验室建设与实验教学指导委员会委员。曾获中国汽车工业科技进步奖二等奖、北京市教育教学成果一等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖等荣誉。
huang kaisheng served as the deputy secretary and deputy director of the cpc committee of the department of automotive engineering, deputy director of graduate affairs office of the cpc tsinghua university committee, deputy director of the organization office．he was vice chairman of the laboratory management branch of the chinese society of higher education, and member of the laboratory construction and experimental teaching guidance committee of the ministry of education. he has won the second prize of china automobile industry science and technology progress award, the first prize of beijing education and teaching achievements, china industry-university-research cooperation innovation achievement award and other honors.
